Biological Function:
Catalyses the dephosphorylation of pNP-phosphate, acetyl-phosphate, carbamoyl-phosphate, imido-diphosphate and various natural sugar and nucleotide (and other) phosphates, most notably FMN, but also (in order of increasing specific activity): sucrose-6-phosphate, CTP, dAMP, ribose-5-phosphate, 6-phosphogluconate, UMP, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, polyphosphate, phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate, and inorganic pyrophosphate.
